Delivery Policy

Items bought through this website will be delivered through Australia Post for a flat price of €5.00. The delivery time is 1 to 4 days for Australia and 2 to 6 for New-Zealand. Each order will come with a user's guide.

Returns Policy

Damaged or faulty products will be replaced with stock of the same item, with no extra shipping and handling costs, providing the faulty product is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund in the event of abuse of the returns policy.
